Allianssin nuorisovaihto järjestää Cottage of Cultures -tapahtumia kuukausittain, jonka teemana on tutustua aina uuteen maahan sekä ajankohtaihiin teemoihin liittyen esim. osallisuuteen, ympäristöön ja LGBTQAI+ -teemoihin. Tapahtumissa pääset tutustumaan kyseisen maan kulttuuriin, maistamaan paikallista ruokaa, tekemään erilaisia aktiviteetteja, sekä tutustumaan uusiin ihmisiin. Tapahtumien tavoitteena on edistää kulttuurienvälistä ymmärrystä, paikallisten ja kansainvälisten osallistujien välistä vuoropuhelua sekä osallisuutta.
Seuraava tapahtuma järjestetään torstaina 28.9. klo 18 ja sen teemana on Kreikka ja luontosuhde!

Tapahtumassa pääset tutustumaan Kreikan kulttuuriin kreikkalaisen ESC-vapaaehtoisen opastamana. Pääset myös opettelemaan perinteisiä kreikkalaisia tansseja sekä tietysti maistelemaan paikallista ruokaa!
Tämän kuun työpajan aiheena on luontosuhde. Työpajassa pääset tutkailemaan aihetta kansainvälisestä näkökulmasta.
Tapahtuma järjestetään Allianssi-talolla osoitteessa Asemapäällikönkatu 1, 00520 Helsinki. Tapahtuma on tarkoitettu kaikille, se on maksuton ja järjestetään englanniksi.
Ilmoittaudu mukaan täyttämällä allaoleva lomake, jotta osaamme varautua oikealla määrällä ruokatarvikkeita.

Allianssi Youth Exchanges organizes monthly events called Cottage of Cultures! The aim of these events is to promote cultural exchange and interactions between international and local people. We want to give and have the chance to broaden our horizons and knowledge about other cultures and we want to create a safe space where everyone can feel welcome and free to express themselves. Each month we will have a meeting dedicated to a country or culture and with a specific topic to discuss related to current themes, such as environment, inclusion, and LGBTQAI+.
The next event is organized on the 28th of September from 6pm onwards and the theme will be ''Greece and relationship with nature''.
At the event, you get to learn more about the Greek culture from our Greek ESC volunteer. In addition, you get to learn traditional dances, and of course taste traditional food.
The theme of this month's workshop is relationship with nature. Join us in exploring this topic from an international perspective.
The event is organized at Allianssi-talo, in Asemapäällikönkatu 1, 00520 Helsinki. The event is meant for everyone, will be hold in English and it is free-of-charge.
