Participate to the Christmas-themed Cottage of Cultures event on December 14th at 6 pm!

Allianssin nuorisovaihto järjestää Cottage of Cultures -tapahtumia kuukausittain, jonka teemana on tutustua aina uuteen maahan sekä ajankohtaihiin teemoihin liittyen esim. osallisuuteen, ympäristöön ja LGBTQAI+ -teemoihin. Tapahtumissa pääset tutustumaan kyseisen maan kulttuuriin, maistamaan paikallista ruokaa, tekemään erilaisia aktiviteetteja, sekä tutustumaan uusiin ihmisiin. Tapahtumien tavoitteena on edistää kulttuurienvälistä ymmärrystä, paikallisten ja kansainvälisten osallistujien välistä vuoropuhelua sekä osallisuutta.
Seuraava tapahtuma järjestetään keskiviikkona 14.12. klo 18 ja sen teemana on Suomi ja pikkujoulut!

Tapahtuman aikana tutustumme suomalaiseen joulunviettoon pikkujoulutarjoilujen ja jouluteemaisten työpajojen kautta. Illan aikana katsomme myös hieman menneeseen viimeisen seitsemän kuukauden ajalle, ja keräämme ajatuksia Cottage of Cultures -hankkeesta. Kaikille osallistujille on luvassa myös pieni jouluyllätys!
Ilmoittaudu mukaan täyttämällä allaoleva lomake, jotta osaamme varautua oikealla määrällä ruokatarvikkeita.

Allianssi Youth Exchanges organizes monthly events called Cottage of Cultures! The aim of these events is to promote cultural exchange and interactions between international and local people. We want to give and have the chance to broaden our horizons and knowledge about other cultures and we want to create a safe space where everyone can feel welcome and free to express themselves. Each month we will have a meeting dedicated to a country or culture and with a specific topic to discuss related to current themes, such as environment, inclusion, and LGBTQAI+.
The next event is at 14th of December from 6 pm onwards, and the theme will be 'Finnish Pre-Christmas Party'.
At the event, we will immerse ourselves in the Christmas spirit with delicious Finnish snacks, Christmas-themed workshops, and other fun activities. We will take a retrospective look at the past, evaluating the last seven months and the previous events. Additionally, there will be a Christmas surprise for everyone who joins
The event is organized at Allianssi-talo, in Asemapäällikönkatu 1, 00520 Helsinki. The event is meant for everyone, will be hold in English and it is free-of-charge.
