Tätä kautta voit lähettää EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) -hakemuksen liitteineen Allianssin nuorisovaihdolle.

Tutustuthan huolella EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme -ohjelman ehtoihin ja ohjeisiin ennen lomakkeen lähettämistä. Myös hakulomakkeet löytyvät ylläolevasta osoitteesta.

Liitäthän kaikki pyydetyt liitteet lomakkeeseen. Mikäli kaikki liitteet eivät mahdu, voit lähettää lomakkeen niin monta kertaa kuin tarpeellista.

Jos haet useampaa kuin yhtä tukea, täytä lomake erikseen jokaisesta eri hakemuksesta.
