Folk it Up! đź©° 27.01.

Next Tuesday, we keep dancing at Allianssi-talo! 👇
We have already received amazing suggestions for the program: Sarlotta, a new project volunteer, will start the evening with a short warm-up to make sure we get energized and dance safely.
Into the dances: 🕺
A participant from a previous session has kindly offered to teach us some Polish dances, and we can’t wait to try them together!
Other volunteers are preparing new dances and will also be available to guide us through dances from previous sessions, offering both low- and high-impact versions to make them accessible to first-timers too.
But you are welcome to shape the program as well! ✨
Let us know if you are craving familiar or new dances, and if you have any dances in mind that you’d like to share 💖
