Osallistu Italia-teemaiseen Cottage of Cultures -tapahtumaan 15.6. klo 18! / Participate to an Italian themed Cottage of Cultures event on 15.6. at 6pm!

Allianssin nuorisovaihto alkaa järjestää uusia Cottage of Cultures -tapahtumia kuukausittain, jonka teemana on tutustua aina uuteen maahan sekä ajankohtaihiin teemoihin liittyen esim. osallisuuteen, ympäristöön ja LGBTQAI+ -teemoihin. Tapahtumissa pääset tutustumaan kyseisen maan kulttuuriin, maistamaan paikallista ruokaa, tekemään erilaisia aktiviteetteja, sekä tutustumaan uusiin ihmisiin. Tapahtumien tavoitteena on edistää kulttuurienvälistä ymmärrystä, paikallisten ja kansainvälisten osallistujien välistä vuoropuhelua sekä osallisuutta.
Ensimmäinen tapahtuma järjestetään 15.6. klo 18-20 ja sen teemana on Italia!
Tapahtumassa pääset osallistumaan italialaisen ESC-vapaaehtoisemme järjestämään pizza-työpajaan, jossa opit tekemään autenttista italialaista pizzaa. Lisäksi pääset oppimaan lisää Italian kulttuurista sekä keskustelemaan ajankohtaisista aiheista yhdessä muiden osallistujien kanssa.
Tapahtuma järjestetään Allianssi-talolla osoitteessa Asemapäällikönkatu 1, 00520 Helsinki. Tapahtuma on maksuton ja se järjestetään englanniksi.
Ilmoittaudu mukaan täyttämällä allaoleva lomake, jotta osaamme varautua oikealla määrällä ruokatarvikkeita.

Join our newest monthly event Cottage of Cultures! The aim of these events is to promote cultural exchange and interactions between international and local people. We want to give and have the chance to broaden our horizons and knowledge about other cultures and we want to create a safe space where everyone can feel welcome and free to express themselves. Each month we will have a meeting dedicated to a country or culture and with a specific topic to discuss related to current themes, such as environment, inclusion, and LGBTQAI+.
The first event is organized on the 15th of June from 6pm onwards and the theme will be Italy. At the event, you will have the opportunity to attend in an authentic pizza making workshop hosted by our Italian volunteer and learn more about the Italian culture through a presentation. After workshop and food tasting we will reflect and discuss a topic that will be chosen by the participants.
The event is organized at Allianssi-talo, in Asemapäällikönkatu 1, 00520 Helsinki. The event will be hold in English and it is free-of-charge.
